So i am hanging around low sec jumping systems in an attempt to find my first solo kill. A previous attempt a couple of nights ago had not ended well as i tried engaging ships and pilots far superior for my baby skills to attempt.

Not to be disheartened i strapped in to the pod released the docking clamps and set out.

I quickly had a tristan and merlin on d-scan and further narrowed them down to a set of belts. Warping of to a belt watch safe i then discovered they were together in the same belt

Hmm

I left it a few seconds but no capsule popped up but a rat wreck did...so ratting together??

They either were not concerned for a two week old pilot being on scan or in fact were not even looking. So i warped to 50 to see what was going on and whether this was a possibility.

I landed and..and...they warped off, damn.

This continued for another 10 to 15 minutes a couple of times i landed i tried to draw the Merln away from the tristan but this was not happening.

Eventually i landed slap bang in the middle of them. Locked the Merlin

Body shaking like a shitting dog i quickly warped to a safe. Lit up a cigarette and basked in the glow of my first solo kill(s)

I'm informed this was intentional, as such, this is entirely unacceptable. You do not smartbomb in hisec, especially in a high-traffic environment such as Jita. You respect NRDS and do not kill neutrals in non-consensual PVP. If you cannot abide by our regulations and policies, I expect you to leave to find another corp which is more amenable to your playstyle rather than stubbornly ignoring them and damaging us in the process.

Otherwise, the first thing you can do as a sign of good faith is to voluntarily pay out reimbursement to your victims, which is normal NRDS policy. If this occurs again in the future, I reserve the right to revisit this incident and discipline you further for both occurences. I expect to be CC'd on any correspondence with the victims- if you wish to be blunt in your typical manner, you may do so with me, but I expect you to exercise tact with your victims and, if unsure, run any mails by me first or ask me to deal with them.

I engaged a group of 3 mamoths i found flying to jita in formation on autopilot. They where red. These two got cought in the crossfire. I paid 150mil to them. all i could afford.
